2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, including location, scope, and deadlines. Any changes to project requirements must be communicated promptly.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the agreed-upon pricing tier. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions and Cancellations

We offer up to 1 revision per project. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already begun, a partial fee may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All traffic control plans and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Lafferty Traffic Control Plans until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce or distribute plans without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and compliance, but we are not liable for delays, damages, or regulatory issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or incorrect implementation of plans.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any project information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
